Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping rate of 3,99 per order.
From an order value of 60,00 we deliver free of shipping costs.
Deliveries abroad:
We calculate shipping costs for deliveries abroad according to the order value (gross value of goods):
Austria:
We charge a flat shipping rate of 8,99 per order.
From an order value of 150,00 we deliver free of shipping costs.
European Union (Albania, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (not the Canary Islands or Tenerife), Sweden, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus):
We charge a flat shipping rate of 9,99 per order.
From an order value of 150,00 we deliver free of shipping costs.
Switzerland:
We charge a flat shipping rate of 10,00 CHF per order. We ship the parcels without taxes or customs duties paid.
From an order value of 250,00 CHF we deliver free of shipping costs.
Canary Islands or Tenerife:
We charge a flat shipping rate of 19,99 € per order.
From an order value of 250,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.
United Kingdom:
We charge a flat shipping rate of 8,99 GPF per order. We ship the parcels without taxes or customs duties paid.
From an order value of 250,00 GPF we deliver free of shipping costs.
Non-EU (Montenegro, Iceland):
We charge a flat shipping rate of 19,99 € per order. We ship the parcels without taxes or customs duties paid.
From an order value of 250,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.
Delivery times
Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods takes place domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, and for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (where advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one joint consignment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
