Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (excluding the Azores and Madeira), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding the province of Las Palmas and Tenerife), Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €3.99 per order.
We offer free shipping on orders over €60.00.
Deliveries abroad:
We calculate shipping costs abroad based on the order value (gross merchandise value):
Austria:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €8.99 per order.
For orders over 150.00 € we offer free shipping.
European Union (Albania, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia,Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta,Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (not the Canary Islands or Tenerife), Sweden, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €9.99 per order.
For orders over 150.00 € we offer free shipping.
Switzerland:
We charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 10.00 per order. We send the packages tax- and duty-unpaid.
For orders over 250.00 CHF, shipping is free.
Canary Islands or Tenerife:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €19.99 per order.
From an order value of 250.00 € we deliver free of charge.
United Kingdom:
We charge a flat shipping fee of 8.99 GPF per order. We send the packages tax- and duty-unpaid.
From an order value of 250.00 We deliver GPF free of charge.
Non-EU (Montenegro, Iceland):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €19.99 per order. We send the packages tax- and duty-unpaid.
From an order value of 250.00 € we deliver free of charge.
delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
