Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat rate of 3.99 per order for shipping costs.
We deliver free shipping for orders over 60.00.
Deliveries abroad:
We calculate shipping costs abroad based on the order value (gross value of goods):
Austria:
We charge a flat rate of 9.99 per order for shipping costs.
We deliver free shipping for orders over 150.00.
European Union (Albania, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia,Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (not the Canary Islands or Tenerife), Sweden, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus):
We charge a flat rate of 9.99 per order for shipping costs.
We deliver free shipping for orders over 150.00.
Switzerland:
We charge a flat rate of 10.00 CHF per order for shipping costs. We send the packages untaxed and duty unpaid.
We deliver free shipping for orders over 250.00 CHF.
Canary Islands or Tenerife:
We charge a flat rate of €19.99 per order for shipping costs.
From an order value of 250.00 € we deliver free of charge.
United Kingdom:
We charge a flat rate of 8.99 GBP per order for shipping. We send the packages untaxed and duty unpaid.
From an order value of 250.00 GBP we deliver free of charge.
Non-EU (Montenegro, Iceland):
We charge a flat rate of €19.99 per order for shipping costs. We send the packages untaxed and duty unpaid.
From an order value of 250.00 € we deliver free of charge.
Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
