What's in a capsule of beef organs?
Riboflavin (B2), Vitamin B12, Selen
The Beef kidney is particularly rich in riboflavin (B2) and vitamin B12, as well as trace elements such as selenium, iron , copper and zinc. Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal function of the immune and nervous systems.*
- Riboflavin (B2) — naturally present; Vitamin B12 — immune system, nervous system, blood formation*; Selenium — naturally present; Phosphorus and zinc — naturally present
Riboflavin (B2), Vitamin B12, CoQ10
The Beef heart It is known for its high concentrations of riboflavin (B2), vitamin B12, and coenzyme Q10. Riboflavin contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and iron metabolism.*
- Riboflavin (B2) — nervous system, iron metabolism, energy metabolism* Vitamin B12 — naturally present Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) — naturally present
Vitamin A, B vitamins, copper, iron
The Beef liver Provides more vitamin A per gram than any other known food. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal iron metabolism, vision, and the function of the immune system.*
- Vitamin A (retinol) — iron metabolism, vision, immune system* Copper — naturally present
- iron (Ahem iron ) — naturally occurring B vitamins (B2, B6, B12, folate) — naturally occurring
iron , Vitamin C, Zink
Of all bovine organs, the Bovine spleen the highest concentrations of iron and vitamin C. iron Contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.*

Nutrient density in Comparison.
Rings show the percentage of the daily requirement per 100g. Number in the middle = absolute content.
Sources, Methodology & Bioavailability
Information per 100 g fresh weight (raw). Rings show % of the EU Daily Value (NRV / EU Regulation 1169/2011). Full ring = 100% NRV reached or exceeded. Sources: USDA FoodData Central 2024 · BLS 3.02, MRI Karlsruhe. No health claims.
How the rings are calculated
Each ring shows: (Nutritional content of the food per 100 g) ÷ (EU Daily Value NRV) × 100. We deliberately show the Total salary Each foodstuff — including provitamins (e.g., beta-carotene for vitamin A). We explain differences in actual absorption (bioavailability) for each nutrient below. The center of the ring shows the absolute content per 100 g.
Beef-organs mix weighting
Beef organs = weighted mix: Beef spleen 35%, beef liver 30%, beef heart 20%, beef kidney 15%. Nutrient content per 100 g fresh: Vitamin B12 ~26.6 µg, Vitamin A ~1,510 µg RAE. iron (total) ~18.1 mg · Choline ~228 mg · Folate ~104 µg · Riboflavin (B2) ~1.6 mg.
NRV reference values
Vitamin B12: 2.5 µg Vitamin A: 800 µg iron : 14 mg · Folate: 200 µg · Riboflavin (B2): 1.4 mg — according to Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011, Annex XIII. Choline: 400 mg (EFSA Adequate Intake, not an official EU NRV).
Vitamin A: as retinol activity equivalent (RAE)
We include provitamin A (beta-carotene) in our calculations—as a retinol activity equivalent (RAE) according to the official EU/USDA key (beta-carotene 12:1, alpha-carotene 24:1). Therefore, carrots (~835 µg RAE) and kale (~500 µg RAE) demonstrate their true provitamin A contribution here. Important: This conversion in the body varies from person to person and is often lower than the RAE value suggests (depending on genetics, fat intake, and gut health). In contrast, bovine organs provide pre-formed retinol that is directly usable and requires no conversion.
Riboflavin (B2)
NRV 1.4 mg (EU). Liver and kidney in the mix are genuinely rich in vitamin B2.
iron : Hem vs. Non-Hem
The rings show total-iron (NRV basis). Beef organs provide ~40% of this as heme-iron , which the body absorbs at an absorption rate of 15–35% — compared to 2–20% for non-heme-iron from plants (Hurrell & Egli 2010). Chia seeds (7.7 mg/100 g) contain exclusively non-heme-iron ; the effectively bioavailable amount is significantly less than the ring suggests.
Vitamin B12
Only animal-based foods contain bioavailable B12. Plants (blueberries, carrots, kale, chia seeds) do not provide usable B12—they show 0% in this respect. This is not a simplification, but biologically accurate.
Choline
No official EU NRV. Basis: EFSA Adequate Intake (AI) = 400 mg/day. Eggs provide 63% of the NRV here — more than beef organs (57% NRV). We're being transparent about this.
Folat (B9)
Kale (141 µg/100 g = 70% NRV) has a higher nutrient content than beef organs (104 µg = 52% NRV). We're being honest about this — beef organs excels in other nutrients.

Do you have any questions?
Effects
Are the capsules suitable for pregnant women?
Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before taking this product. Beef liver contains naturally occurring vitamin A (retinol), the intake of which should be individually adjusted during pregnancy.
Who are the capsules suitable for?
Beef Organs capsules are aimed at adults who want to supplement their diet with a concentrated, natural source of nutrients. They are particularly popular with people who prioritize a nutrient-dense, animal-based diet or who cannot or do not want to prepare fresh organs in their daily lives.
Why don't the capsules have an "organic" seal?
The EU organic label has very specific legal requirements for certification chains, which we cannot currently fully meet, even though our animals come from pasture-raised farms without hormones or antibiotics. "Organic" is a legal term and not a quality promise per se. We refrain from using the label because we do not make any claims that we cannot fully substantiate.
What nutrients are naturally present in beef organs?
Beef organs naturally contain: Vitamin A (retinol), B12, folate, B6, riboflavin, haem-iron Copper, zinc, selenium, phosphorus, choline, CoQ10, L-Carnitine and digestive enzymes from the pancreas. All information refers to naturally occurring levels in freeze-dried bovine organs.
What are the advantages of freeze-dried bovine organs compared to heated capsules?
Freeze-drying removes water under vacuum at low temperatures. This process preserves heat-sensitive structures such as enzymes and certain vitamins far better than industrial high-temperature drying. Conventional organ capsules are often sprayed or heated, which can alter these structures.
How to use
Do I need to store the capsules in the refrigerator?
No. Thanks to freeze-drying, the capsules can be stored at room temperature for up to 24 months, provided they are kept dry and protected from light. After opening, simply close the cap tightly.
Can I take the capsules with other products from carnivoro combine?
Yes. The Beef Organs capsules complement our Beef Bone Broth and our Cod Liver Oil well. Together they cover a broad spectrum of organs -nutrients. There are no known interactions with this combination.
How many capsules should I take per day?
The recommended dosage is 8 capsules daily, ideally divided into two doses (e.g., 4 in the morning, 4 in the evening). This constitutes one serving. You can take the capsules with water or with a meal.

What do the capsules taste like?
