The Enders MONROE PRO 4 SIK TURBO is a powerful gas grill for versatile grilled dishes and demanding BBQ projects. Its sturdy combustion chamber of stainless steel and cast aluminium, together with the double walled hood with dimensionally stable cast aluminium side panels, makes for a durable, high quality construction.
Four infinitely adjustable stainless steel burners allow both direct and indirect grilling. The 800 °C TURBO ZONE with 4.2 kW and infrared mesh reaches high temperatures particularly quickly and is ideal for searing steaks. The HEAT RANGE burner system provides even heat distribution and allows temperatures from gentle low temperature cooking through to intense top heat.
For additional cooking options the grill has a powerful infrared back burner with 3.5 kW. It is especially suited to dishes on the rotisserie and gives a crisp surface. The built in side burner with 2.9 kW can be used for sauces, side dishes or pan dishes. When it is not needed, the closed cover serves as extra work space.
The solid, three part enamelled cast iron grate offers a grilling area of 74 x 43 cm. Thanks to the removable round element, the grate is compatible with the versatile SWITCH GRID accessories. That way the grill can be extended with a pizza stone, Dutch oven, wok or poultry roaster, for example.
The large PanoVision window lets you check the food without opening the hood. That keeps the temperature in the cooking chamber stable. A large stainless steel warming rack that swings with the hood offers extra space for food that is already done.
With the SIMPLE CLEAN function the components of the combustion chamber can be removed without tools and cleaned easily. The removable grease tray also makes cleaning simpler. The safe piezo ignition is built directly into the control knobs and needs no battery. A gas bottle of up to 11 kg can stay in the roomy lower cabinet even during operation.
