Man kann mit den Teststreifen nicht nur testen, ob man in der Ketose ist, sondern auch etliche andere Dinge. Außerdem sind es sehr viele Teststreifen, so dass Mann wirklich großzügig immer wieder testen kann.

Super sinnvoller Start zur Keto-Carnivore Ernährung

Funktioniert gut, die Abstufungen in den niedrigeren Bereiche sind nicht so fein erkennbar, aber für mich erstmal nicht wichtig, die Tendenz lässt sich gut erkennen. Motiviert dranzubleiben und gibt mir auch im Zweifelsfall Hinweise über andere Gesundheitsparameter!

Teststreifen funktionieren einwandfrei

Leider kommen die Streifen nur mit einer englischen Anleitung, im Netzt habe ich aber rasch eine in deutsch gefunden. Die Ablesbarkeit finde ich gut, aber es stimmt schon das die Farben bei den Ketonen nicht ganz so klar sind wie bei den anderen Messwerten.
