You can easily crush the crystals with a salt mill or by hand and then use them comfortably in your dishes and on your dining table. We especially recommend using them for grilled meat, fish and salads.
Ich fands toll, dass ich hier jetzt auch Salz bekomme und habe es natürlich gleich mit bestellt. Es ist mit dem was ich bis jetzt hatte überhaupt nicht zu vergleichen. Der Geschmack ist einmalig. Nicht aufdringlich aber salzig genug um nicht zu viel zu brauchen. Mit der Reinheit vertraue ich hier wieder ganz auf carnivoro. Ich habe es mir noch im Mörser klein gemacht, da die Flocken doch sehr grob sind und ich noch keine Mühle habe. So ist es jetzt perfekt! Danke dafür, seid die Besten 😘

The Mayi spring water crystals are created during the evaporation process of the natural spring water. They are softer and less salty compared to conventional table salt.
Depending on your preference, you can either use the crystals with a Mmill or by hand. Since they are not refined, they contain no chemical additives such as humectants or bleach.
With 84 different minerals such as lithium, vanadium, iron , magnesium and calcium, they are a valuable source for human health. Their insoluble content is 0% and it has been no iodine added.

Mayi Salt is a natural salt brand that draws from a natural salt spring. This unique spring is created by hot water rising from a geological fracture, melting the underground salt rocks and coming to the surface as pure liquid salt. This natural phenomenon results in a liquid form of salt, which contains all the minerals of rock salt as well as the red soil minerals of the region, which results in an extraordinarily high mineral content.
How is it made?
The natural liquid salt is produced in greenhouse pans, without any refining processes, but only by drying in the sun - a completely natural approach. The liquid salt rests for 24 hours in special resting pans before it is bottled.
