Adults: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon a day
Children and sensitive people: start with 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon and boost the amount as needed
Baby's: 2-3 drops as needed. These can be taken with a pipette or spoon before the meal
Pregnant and lactating women: you should not take more than 1/4 teaspoon per day
Children up to 3 years should not take more than 1/2 teaspoon per day because of the vitamin A content
Take the cod liver oil in the morning during the meal. If taken later, vitamin D can interfere with sleep.
