Why we are on Swedish cattle set?
No soy lecithin, no sunflower lecithin. Many products on the market are diluted with it, but not our broth.
No maltodextrin, no fillers. The broth consists of one ingredient, as does the marrow.
Neither natural nor artificial. The flavor comes from 72 hours of simmering, not from a laboratory.
Gently dried and therefore long-lasting, completely without additives.
The cattle are raised without growth hormones and antibiotics.
Each batch is tested for heavy metals in the laboratory.
Both come from the inside of the bone and complement each other: The broth provides collagen, the structural protein of skin, joints, and connective tissue. The marrow provides the fats that have traditionally made broth a complete meal. Protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass and normal bones.*
1 to 2 tablespoons of powder (approx. 10 g per tablespoon) into the XL Pour approximately 200 ml of hot water into a cup and stir well. Then stir in a teaspoon of bone marrow, if desired.
Flavor and substance. The marrow fat makes the broth silky smooth, carries the aromas, and is filling; a hot cup becomes a small meal. This is exactly how marrow bone soup has always been eaten.
It has a mild, well-rounded flavor, similar to good butter, only deeper. It doesn't overpower the broth, but rather enriches it.
Yes. Cold in a shaker, as a base for soups, sauces and risotto, or as a seasoning when cooking. The pulp is also suitable for frying instead of butter and oil.
Three parts: Beef Bone Broth as a 500g powder (approx. 50 servings), Beef Bone Marrow in a 200g jar, and the XL A 485ml mug is included free in the package. The package costs €74.95 instead of €99.85 when purchased separately.
Yes. We include the mug (485 ml, dishwasher safe, microwave safe, individual price €14.95) in the package free of charge.
The 500g of broth yields approximately 50 cups, which, at one cup per day, would last about seven weeks. Depending on the dosage, the 200g jar of pulp is sufficient for 15 to 40 uses.
Store both items closed, in a cool, dry place. You will find detailed instructions and the best-before date on the respective label.
