Why did we choose beef spleen as the main ingredient (50%)?

Beef spleen is an excellent source of iron , B vitamins (especially vitamin B12) and contains more vitamin C per 100g than a whole lemon. There is no other bovine organ that contains more iron per gram than the spleen.
Unfortunately, women are particularly susceptible to iron deficiency due to menstrual bleeding. If this remains undetected for too long, iron deficiency anemia (anemia) is the result. Therefore, spleen should always be the first choice of bovine organs if you are suffering from particularly
