In only 3.2g beef liver is...
A daily serving (8 capsules ≈ 15 g fresh beef liver) provides:
Beef liver provides real retinol, the active form of vitamin A. Carrots only provide beta-carotene, which the body converts poorly.
Beef liver provides directly bioavailable vitamin B12 B12 comes from animal sources. Plant-based foods contain virtually no B12.
Copper from beef liver is found in usable form In plant sources such as cashews, phytates bind to copper and inhibit its absorption.
The Heme-iron Beef liver extract is absorbed up to 5 times better than non-heme plant extract.iron made from spinach.

Nutrients that actually arrive.
Vitamin A in ready-made form
The body first has to convert plant-based beta-carotene into active retinol, which only succeeds to a limited extent depending on metabolism. Beef liver provides preformed vitamin A, directly usable.*
Well-absorbed copper
Copper from liver comes in a readily available form. In plant sources such as cashews or grains, phytates bind the copper and inhibit absorption.*
Heme iron from liver
Heme iron from animal sources is absorbed up to 5× better than plant-based non-heme iron (around 25 % vs. 5 %).*
* Health claims according to Regulation (EU) No 432/2012
Cooking costs nutrients.
See how many nutrients you lose during preparation.
Why does almost everything stay in the capsule? Freeze-drying only removes the water (fresh liver is ~70 % water). Around 95 % of the nutrients are preserved in the process – that is why one small capsule holds the concentrated power of fresh liver.

Still have questions?
Effects
I eat a carnivore diet – do I still need a beef liver supplement?
If you live carnivore and mainly eat muscle meat and eggs, you often leave out essential micronutrients from organ meats. Our Beef Liver capsules are the compact addition for a nutrient-dense carnivore diet.
They provide you with vital nutrients from real liver every day, without the taste and without the effort. Practical for anyone who doesn't regularly cook fresh liver.
Why vitamin A from beef liver instead of carrots?
Carrots contain beta-carotene, a precursor of vitamin A. Your body first has to convert this carotenoid into active retinol. The conversion rate depends on genetics, metabolism, age and health status and is often lower than assumed.
Beef liver provides ready-made retinol, i.e. directly usable vitamin A. On top of that come heme iron, B vitamins, choline and coenzyme Q10, which are not found in carrots.
Which vitamins and minerals are in Beef Liver capsules?
Per daily dose (8 capsules of 400 mg = 3,2 g of freeze-dried beef liver) you get a concentrated mix of:
- Vitamin A (retinol) for vision and the immune system
- Vitamin B12 for the nervous and immune systems
- Riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), folate
- Heme iron for blood formation and oxygen transport
- Copper, zinc, selenium, choline, coenzyme Q10
All nutrients in bioavailable form, just as the body knows them from food.
What does beef liver do in the body?
Beef liver is considered one of the most nutrient-dense foods of all. It provides vitamin A (retinol), vitamin B12, folate, heme iron, copper, choline and coenzyme Q10 in concentrated form. These nutrients are building blocks for blood formation, the immune system, vision and energy metabolism.
Instead of isolated multivitamins, you get a natural vital-nutrient package from a single source.
How to use
Why Beef Liver capsules instead of simply cooking fresh liver?
Fresh liver is a very good option if you have access to pasture-raised quality and like the taste. But:
- Liver has an intense taste that not everyone likes
- When heated, heat-sensitive vitamins such as folate are lost
- Fresh liver is difficult to store and not available everywhere
Our capsules contain gently freeze-dried liver in which approx. 95 % of the micronutrients are preserved. Convenient, odourless, long-lasting.
Can I open the capsules and stir in the powder?
Yes. You can open the capsules and use the powder directly. It goes well with:
- Minced meat while frying
- Smoothies (with strong flavour components such as berries)
- Stews, soups, sauces
- Root vegetable purées
The liver's own taste does come through then, but in small amounts in savoury dishes it is barely noticeable.
What's the best time of day to take them?
Ideally with the highest-fat meal of the day. The fat-soluble vitamins (especially vitamin A) are absorbed better when there is some fat in the stomach at the same time.
Classic options: in the morning with eggs and bacon, or at lunch with your main meal. Some also split the 8 capsules into 2 times 4 capsules across the day for a steady supply.
How many capsules should I take per day?
The daily dose is 8 capsules of 400 mg each (equivalent to approximately 3.2 g freeze-dried beef liver, approximately 15 g fresh liver).
Preferably the largest, fattiest meal of the day Take it one at a time. This optimizes the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins (A). Or spread it evenly throughout the day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Who are the Beef Liver capsules suitable for?
Suitable for anyone who wants to give their body natural micronutrients without preparing fresh organ meats:
- People living keto, paleo, carnivore or low carb
- Anyone who doesn't like organ meats but wants their benefits
- Busy people with no time to cook
- Athletes with increased micronutrient needs
- Women in premenopausal stages (copper, iron)
Isn't muscle meat enough – why eat organ meats?
Muscle meat is rich in protein but often has gaps when it comes to micronutrients. Organ meat, above all liver, is considered one of the most nutrient-dense foods in the world.
It provides highly concentrated vitamin A, B12, folate, heme iron, copper, zinc, choline and coenzyme Q10. If you only eat muscle meat, these vital nutrients are harder to cover. Liver balances that out naturally.
Product
Why bovine gelatine capsules instead of cellulose?
We deliberately use capsules made from 100 % bovine gelatine. Advantages over plant-based cellulose:
- Prevents unpleasant burping, which occurs more often with cellulose capsules
- An animal product from a consistent source (fits the carnivore line)
- Stable in stomach acid, releases the contents in the stomach
The gelatine itself additionally provides amino acids such as glycine and proline.
What's in the capsules – and what isn't?
What's inside:
- 100 % freeze-dried beef liver (400 mg per capsule)
- Capsule shell made from 100 % bovine gelatine
What's not inside:
- No artificial flavourings or flavour enhancers
- No maltodextrin, no soy lecithin, no anti-caking agents
- No artificial preservatives
- No allergens (gluten- and soy-free)
Practical
How long does the product keep and how should I store it?
Shelf life: several months unopened (see the label for the exact best-before date).
Storage: Keep closed, cool, dry and out of the reach of children. Avoid direct sunlight.
After opening, close the jar tightly. No refrigeration needed.
How many capsules are in one pack?
Per pack: 240 capsules of 400 mg (total: 96 g).
At a daily dose of 8 capsules, one pack lasts 30 days. A one-month supply, in other words.
Origin & quality
Why freeze-dried liver instead of fresh?
Freeze-drying is a gentle process in which water evaporates at low temperatures in a vacuum. The advantages:
- Approx. 95 % of the micronutrients are preserved
- No heat destruction of sensitive vitamins (B complex, folate)
- Long shelf life without preservatives
- More odour- and taste-neutral than fresh liver
This gives you liver in almost raw nutrient quality, but in compact capsule form.
Where do the cattle come from?
Our beef liver comes from 100 % grass-fed pasture-raised cattle from certified farms. The animals live in species-appropriate pasture husbandry:
- Exclusively grass-fed, no grain
- Unvaccinated, without growth hormones
- Without antibiotics and pesticides
- Regular testing for heavy metals and germs
This quality is the basic prerequisite for nutrient-rich liver.
