TendoDyn contains a comprehensive spectrum of hydrolysed collagen, glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, hyaluronic acid and other micronutrients for the preservation and reconstruction of the bones, teeth, nails and connective tissue.

Consumption recommendation

6 capsules once a day, or alternatively 3 in the morning and 3 capsules at noon. It is optimal to eat at least 15 minutes before or after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or optionally with a teaspoon of NORSAN oil to increase bioavailability.
